  • All group training bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Due to very limited class sizes and extensive preparation involved, all bookings remain final once payment or deposit has been made.

    Reschedules are not available for any reason, including illness, change of mind, personal circumstances, travel issues, or model availability.

    If you are unable to attend or do not arrive on the day, the booking will be forfeited and no refund, credit, or transfer will be provided.

    If Melly’s Lash Academy must change or reschedule a training date, students will be moved to the next available intake. If the new date is unsuitable, a credit will be issued and can be applied to a future group training intake. Refunds will not be provided.
