Welcome to Melly’s Lash Academy. By accessing this website or purchasing any course, coaching service, or product, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our site or making a purchase.
1. General Use of This Website
This website and all content—including text, images, designs, manuals, videos, training resources, graphics, and branding—are the property of Melly’s Lash Academy.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for training, commercial, or educational purposes without written permission.
You agree not to use this website for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Full payment or deposit is required at checkout to secure your place in a course, program, or service.
We reserve the right to update pricing and availability at any time.
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full credit card details.
3. Group Training Terms
All group training bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
If Melly’s Lash Academy must change or reschedule a training date, students will be transferred to the next available intake. If the proposed date is unsuitable, a credit will be issued for a future group intake. Refunds will not be provided.
Failure to attend, late arrival, or inability to complete the course requirements will result in forfeiture of the booking. No refunds, credits, or transfers apply.
Students are responsible for managing their own transport, availability, and model requirements.
4. 1-on-1 Private Training Terms
Full payment is required at checkout to secure your private training session.
All 1-on-1 bookings are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled once a date and time have been confirmed.
Missed sessions are forfeited in full.
5. Coaching Services Terms
All coaching services—including strategy calls, on-site sessions, and the 6-week coaching program—are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once coaching dates or weekly schedules are confirmed, reschedules and extensions are not available for any reason, including illness, personal circumstances, or business interruptions.
Missed calls or unavailable team members do not qualify for replacement sessions.
No business, financial, performance, or client outcome is guaranteed.
6. Product Purchases (Melly’s Lash Supplies)
All product purchases are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.
Requests for replacements due to incorrect or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
• the item
• packaging
• shipping box
Minor packaging imperfections do not qualify as damaged goods.
Once dispatched, Melly’s Lash Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or incorrectly delivered parcels. Parcels marked “Delivered” by the courier are considered fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details during checkout.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, training manuals, videos, class structures, coaching resources, branding, and written content are the intellectual property of Melly’s Lash Academy.
Students and clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, modify, or use any content to create their own courses, programs, or training materials.
8. Disclaimer
All content, training, and coaching information is educational only.
We do not guarantee business results, lash retention outcomes, student performance, financial outcomes, or personal transformation.
Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.
9. Website Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the website at any time without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
