    4. We will personally contact you to arrange your session date(s) and times.

    This personalised booking process ensures availability aligns with your business needs and my coaching schedule.

  • All coaching services require full payment at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Once a date or timeframe has been confirmed, reschedules are not available under any circumstances, including illness, change of mind, personal circumstances, team issues, or business interruptions.

    If you miss a scheduled coaching call or appointment, the session is forfeited and cannot be replaced, credited, or rescheduled.

    The 6-Week program begins and ends on your selected timeframe and can not be paused or extended. Weekly calls, on-site salon visits and team training dates cannot be rescheduled.
