    This personalised booking process ensures availability aligns with your business needs and my coaching schedule.

  • All coaching services require 100% payment at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable inside 2 weeks from your confirmed start date.

    If you miss a scheduled coaching call or appointment, the session is forfeited and cannot be replaced, credited, or rescheduled.

    The 4-Week program begins and ends on your selected timeframe and cannot be paused or extended. Weekly calls, on-site salon visits and team training dates cannot be rescheduled once booked in.
